Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit manuscripts that have not been published previously and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. All submissions must be in English and prepared according to the guidelines below.

Manuscript Preparation

  1. Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF format.
  2. Use 12-point Times New Roman font with double line spacing.
  3. Margins should be 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
  4. All pages should be numbered consecutively.
  5. The title page should include the full title, author names, affiliations, and contact details.
  6. An abstract of 200–300 words must be included.
  7. Keywords: 4–8 keywords should be provided below the abstract.

Manuscript Structure

  • Title: Concise and informative
  • Abstract: 200–300 words structured as Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion
  • Keywords: 4–8 relevant keywords
  • Introduction: Background and objective of the study
  • Materials & Methods: Detailed methodology
  • Results: Clear presentation of findings
  • Discussion: Interpretation of results
  • Conclusion: Summary and future directions
  • References: Use APA style consistently throughout.

File Requirements

  • Manuscript file: .docx or .pdf (max 20MB)
  • Figures: High resolution (300 DPI minimum), JPEG or PNG format
  • Tables: Included within the manuscript file
  • Supplementary files: Any additional supporting data
  • Note: A withdrawal fee will be applicable if an author chooses to withdraw the manuscript after the completion of the peer review process.

Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process. Authors can expect an initial decision within 4–6 weeks of submission. Revised manuscripts should be resubmitted within 30 days.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

The standard APC starts from USD $1219*; however, discounts or waivers may be available based on the author’s circumstances and institutional support.
